Return & Refund Policy

At Synecta Digital, we provide digital services including website development, Shopify solutions, system integrations, and related consulting services. As we do not sell physical goods, traditional returns are not applicable.

1. Nature of Services

All services provided by Synecta Digital are:

  • Digital in nature
  • Customized based on client requirements
  • Delivered through consultation, development, configuration, or implementation

Due to the customized and time-based nature of our work, completed services are non-returnable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a project has not yet been started.
  • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and no work has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Once project work has commenced.
  • After delivery of project milestones.
  • For completed services.
  • For third-party costs (Shopify subscription fees, paid themes, apps, hosting, domain purchases, payment gateway fees, etc.).
  • Change of mind after project initiation.

4. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation in writing via email.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue professionally and amicably.
