This end-to-end project focused on modernizing their eCommerce platform to support rapid growth, deliver a seamless customer experience, and enable multi-channel retail operations.
What We Delivered
We migrated Cosmetics.lk from WordPress to Shopify and rebuilt the storefront around a mobile-first customer experience. The implementation connected eCommerce with retail POS, inventory, QuickBooks Online, CRM, analytics, and marketing workflows to create an integrated commerce operation.
